Well ya if you go over 13 it should change. Even roblox all you need is a parent to allow you to talk.

There is an optional "Turn on Safe Mode" feature, that is automatically on for kids under 10 and automatically off for over 10, but can be toggled by a "Parent Account" or etc. With it on, users cannot post forum posts except in Bug Reports and Suggestions and Help and cannot comment except on their own items. Other than that, it's the same.

Once multiplayer is released, moderation in game servers will be 100% up to the server host.
