Rate this on a scale from 1-10. 10 being that it looks like an actual flag. And 1 being completely unrealistic.

1) The ball and the flag aren't quite in the same 3D perspective. The ball on top of the pole makes it look as if it's leaning a little bit up and away, while the flag looks like it's sort of leaning down and in.
2) That V is both blurred and pixelized, and it looks somewhat distorted too.
3) There's downward shading on the pole, but not the flag itself.
I wouldn't say it's a realistic flag, but I would say it's a very well-done pixel-art flag.

The shading mainly on the flag is off. Also the edges for the curves are choppy.
You need more individual pixels. Also for pixel art the shading should be solid not too much gradient like look unless it is consistent.
The pole is nice, but makes the rest look crap.
