New Moderator

Opinions on the candidates:

• Broloxer: He seems to have some anger issues, plus he's been warned a few times.
  
• Xray: He's a good member, but not active enough.
  
• Brassrhino: He might be good but he voted for himself in a couple polls, which is not a good thing for a mod to do, also I think he's under the age limit.
  
• Ming-Yan: Not sure, he's more mature than the others but in his application he mentioned allowing porn on the website...
  
• McNoobster: Not sure.
  
• Luckyone: I don't like him, he trolls too much.
  
• Spongebob1212: Too immature/spammy, plus I heard he's 10.
  
• Chaos: He whined on other people's threads about how their applications were more popular than his, and last week he kept bothering me on Minecraft about when the new mod was going to be chosen.
  
• Land: Best candidate in my opinion.
  
• Fire: Also good, and it would help to have another female mod.
  
• Phoenix: He's already a mod for CubeBomb, I don't think he has enough time to moderate both sites well.

I think Land would be a good mod, but what about Noob007 and Glome? They seem like good candidates.

Ming is a good user and never taliked about allowing porn on the site, it was just Lucky trying to troll him.

Land and Fire would be my top two choices, and Chaos and Ming would be next best. Brass, and McNoobster would be alright, I don't think Xray or Pheonix would be too great, and I really don't think we should choose Luckyone or broloxer or Spongebob1212.

How about we make Land a new global moderator, and Ming-Yan and Fire could be "sectional moderators" like some other forums have? Fire could moderate the Buildism category and Ming-Yan could moderate Off Topic, although their powers would still work in the other sections.
