You should be able to vote to ban with proof of course.

I think it should be 3 : 1 would be fair.

And it must include proof from the BUILDISM site THEMSELVES.

No, the mods are capable of deciding on bans by themselves.

Horrible idea.

The way this community is everyone would be banned in about 15 minutes.
