Because if there's a 0:30, they're probably using the 24 hour clock instead of the 12 hour AM PM system.

No it's so that people can tell the difference between 12 and 12 [which is ACTUALLY 0] o clock. If you see it still says 1:00 after it.

Probably stupid timezone comversion... they're just decreasing the hour instead of doing it the right way. If you could find a show that started one hour earlier, it would probably be at -1:00. Tongue

0:30 is midnight in 24 hour format, but 0:30 PM is nonexistent.
