Last Space Shuttle mission =/= end of space program.
They're just going to implement a different type of rocket, the Ares-Orion, if I remember right.

No it says the end of the program, they are starting a new program.

They are making a new rocket. They have been using the same one since the 70's I believe.

It's over because they are going to build better rocket's which are cheaper and easier to build.
