Give me a minute while I find out what a RTS is.
I'm going with real-time strategy and not Reformed Theological Seminary.
But, I'm guessing, most of them are singleplayer?
Anyway, we're getting a bit off-topic here.

It varies, most are multiplayer in some you play against NPC's. RTS means real time strategy. Afterwind is multiplayer. It's free too. The Afterwind community is full of right-wing radicals though.

Anyways, just to recap-

Germany is in full war with everyone except Russia.
Russia is in war with Siberia.
Carolina is at war with Britain, but Japan wants to interject.
Britain is at alliance with Japan, war with Carolina and possibly German attack.
India is at alliance with South California.
Japan is at alliance with Britain, France, Canada, and hopefully Carolina soon. Plans a German attack.
France is at allegiance with Canada and Japan. They wish to begin a German attack.
Alaska is soon to be joined with North California, but is being attacked by Canada and Russia.
Siberia is hiding in bunkers.
Oak is at disagreements with official, 3-15-86 populations.
Pheonicia is at peace with everyone except Germany.

Japan is still at peace with everyone except Carolina and Germany (in hopes of joining with Carolina as well). We are thinking of a possible overthrow of Germany but that will require full alliance cooperation. Good luck and prosper.
