I really don't get why he was demoted.
The CubeBombians are saying he doesn't have a reputation for spamming there -- and I've certainly never seen any spam by him anywhere.
As for his moderating decisions -- no worse than mine.
Yes, he was inactive for a week or two -- but me and Login and Scripter have been semi-inactive for periods of months and nothing happened.
I just want to have some examples of why he was demoted.

I have seen him act a little "loose" a few times, although that's the only reason I could see why.

What? Have ANY of you guys looked at Fire's or Land's moderating history? I think they forgot they were mods.
Also, I think his demotion was really unfair because neather Jacob nor Ashely discussed the demotion with the rest of the mods or the community.

The Community Manager has the say in moderators - not the moderators. Moderators moderate. Not make community decisions.

Moderators are a part of the community. The community is part of itself aswell.
