No flaming allowed. If you want to flame do it on another thread forum website because it's not wanted here.
Oh yes I did repost this but I'm hoping this won't get locked because I do not mean to flame Ashely I just want to know what percentage of users think she is doing a good job.

Yes, I think she is doing a good job so far.
I don't think I would be a very good community manager; I might be a little too lenient. I try to see the best of people and sometimes that's good, like when Fish and sergent went nuts for a bit and I was able to help them out, and sometimes it's not as good, like when trying to keep an entire site together when everyone's mixed up in an argument. Or worse, 3 sites. The July raid drove me nuts for several hours.
Ashely is a bit strict; but better to be solid steel than bending copper.

I think it's causing too much drama.
Honestly everyone wants to question her.
Well simply as a "Community Manager" she just posts the rules. Can we not hear her opinion? She's nice yes, but honestly what does she DO?
She's not making the Community calmer maybe more angry?
My opinion. Not flaming just how I see it.

As a Community Manager I don't just post rules, I manage staff, I help Jacob out with anything community related, I make sure the community is in no harm, I help out users, I moderate the wiki, I add guides to the wiki, I do a lot more then you guys think.
