I keep getting random "500 - Internal Server Error"s

Refreshing the page makes it go away, but it's getting annoying because about one in every 5 pages I go to does it to me.

It keeps happening to me too, but when I refresh the page, it's fine again.

Yeah I have gotten use to it, I just refresh the page.

Normally it's no problem -- just refresh and it's gone -- but sometimes I get it when submitting a post and it doesn't send whatever was in the post. This has happened a few times when I was writing a post (and so I had to rewrite it) and also once when I was editing a post (the little bar at the top of the post said I had edited it, but the post was the same and so I had to re-edit it).
