After heavy diplomacy, BuildistGuard and I have signed under a treaty which forbids all further attacks between the three nations of (New) Myem, the Democratic Republic of Arizona, and Gold Team.
Reparations owed to Myem:
All Texan land that was attacked by Arizona is returned to Myem

Reparations owed to Gold Team:
This will be covered under another treaty authored by BuildistGuard
If there's no agreement or negotiation, this will be covered under the default terms of 5 Californian counties being returned back to Gold Team.

This treaty also overrides BG's original decision to attack Myem and GT.

Reparations owed to Gold Team:
The five Californian counties I took attacking you should be returned as of this treaty. I declare the attack null and void. The photo below clearly states the divide between Southern California and Northern California. I declare that Innerwebs have the northern portion while I, BuildistGuard, shall be limited to the southern portion as shown in the photo indefinitely. As Myem has declared the attacks between me(BuildistGuard) and Myem void, I shall declare the attacks on your northern californian territory void and territories that were lost to the Democratic Republic of Arizona shall be reparrated to the Gold Team.
