Mod Complaint

I would like to give a complaint to both Paradox and Noob007.

They allowed Duck to call me a paedophile and then put me to shame saying 'I don't know how the Internet works'.

I was then threatened with a ban for false reporting.

Just know, what has happened there is punishable. Duck, Noob and Paradox. Noob and Paradox are allowing a law breaker to get away with it, and Duck broke the law.

If the mods delete this, then it'll prove my point.

That's a very 1-sided statement, don't you think? You claimed it to be breaking British law, which doesn't even apply to Buildism in the first place. Buildism isn't hosted in Britain, therefor British law does not apply to it. You constantly said that Britain owns the World Wide Web (Which is blatantly false) and saying it's laws did apply.

I was then threatened with a ban for false reporting.

Like I said, it may be punishable by British law, but British laww does not apply to all sites except .co.uk websites.

The WWW was invented by Britons - therefore, they own it.

Buildism is still under the WWW, no escaping that - so the British laws do apply


That rule was forced onto Jacob_ by the mods, who didn't want their fucked up reasons of moderation spread publicly. If the community should know and can know, then it should be posted.

A certain countries laws only apply to a website if the website is hosted on a server in said country. For example, if Britain had crazy-strict laws against atheism, and a pro-atheist website was hosted in the US, Britain would not be able to do a thing because not only if the site hosted in the US, to shut it down, they would be destroying US property without permission from the US government, which, I'm pretty sure, is against the US's Foreign policies.
