Indie games are never truly "done", but these are the things I would like to have in the game before it comes out of alpha:
-Tools
-Multiplayer (currently it is there, but very buggy)
-Optimized drawing code, better performance
-Private servers. If the creator of a game allows it, you can create your own server for it, but you can't use the editor on their game or copy it.
