That sounds like a player named "Ungoliant" from my minecraft server a year ago. He coded his own hacks in java and managed to delete adminium blocks, crash the server, build cuboids, autokill everyone on the other team, and spawn large male private parts. 
I fixed all of the exploits he was using though.
