There is a glitch where is you turn a ladder upside-down and save, it flips the ladder right back up when you open the level again (See my underwater base for an example)

Rotating ladders was never supposed to work anyway.

#2:

• Hold "s" or the down arrow key while in water to swim down!
  
• Fixed a bug where rotation snapping would sometimes not work
  
• Layer 2 parts are now drawn in front of water, as they should be
