Preview Post -> Look for Attachments -> Browse -> Add Attachment -> post.

Tyler, there's supposed to be BBCode, and is not yet in use, you can view the ID of your attachment via http://buildism.net/forum/usercp.php?action=attachments

Don't click, right click on the Attachments where it says the name (not of the thread, but of the attachment) then Copy Link Location.
