Both do I think. It depends on the carrier and the type of model.
eg. Nexus S runs 3g on some carriers and 4g on others.

Also Windows phone 7 is incomplete and still growing (like android) and will probably rapidly grow as well since it has a greater app capacity than Black Berry (at least).
But I think it looks pretty hawt, just needs back grounds and possibly the ability to customize the blocks so they can have gloss or gradient or transparency ETC.

But in terms of phones, a good Android phone with some tweaks to it is the best.
iPhone is crap after you find out how much you CAN'T do.
Black berry died a long time ago.

Stuff is buggy but if you want to go to that medium, all things have bugs and guess what, they get FIXED.

A5 chip is used in macs and does not exist on a phone.
Only the iPad where it will not get utilized. You cannot add 9x graphics to Angry Birds...
