I think that if we had these features it would help out moderating quite a bit.
- Registration IP of user. This would be on the user's forum profile.
- Delete Username option in banning. If Permanent is selected for the ban, there should be a Delete Username button (that's what most perma-bans are for anyway.)
- 5 Day IP Account Creation block. This way we could stop a persistent user from making lots of troll accounts.
