If you do something bad, and its not bad enough for a ban, you get warned. Too much of a warning level increases your chance of a ban if you do something bad.
If you post a few off-topic spam threads with a warning level of 0%, you just get a small warning and the threads deleted.
But if you have a level of 100%, you could get a 1 or 2 day ban.
