"Female default skin"

Gender is not a part of Minecraft, and it shouldn't.
Having two default skins would force players to choose a gender in a game where gender doesn't exist.

Same thing applies here.

Having gender In a game does exist (not so much in MC), and having a female default skin will help distinguish people by gender.
