You can't? Maybe they've implemented the restrictions...

Anyway, that's a form response through and through. I am 100% sure this is what happened:

1: Email was sent
2: Title of email was looked at
3: Email was scanned (if you were lucky)
4: Prewritten response chosen
5: Prewritten response sent

My advice:

1: Find the emails of all the ROBLOX administrators. Not info@roblox or anything, but like dbaczuski@yahoo or etc. (Don't try that email address though, I just used it for clarity.)
2: Send your response you wrote above to each of them.
3: Wait for an actual response from one of them.
