Ok well my parents found a great licensed holistic massage therapist for me - and I had my first session today. IT FELT AMAZING, it was a 2 hour session, whereas, I fell asleep after the 1st hour. It felt like someone warm (that smelt like vanilla and peppermint and lavender spiraling on my spine, and I became really sleepy from it and eventually relaxed and fell asleep and woke up feeling like Alice in Wonderland).

I think that massage therapy can be a new solution to my Tourette's.
