I sleep with a Plush Manatee and Billy the Doll to look after me while I sleep. I also sleep with a plush Llama aswell. A few plush Yoshis (Hmm, lets say 8) and a plush dog. Also this is What Billy the Doll looks like (Billy the Doll is from saw!)
