If you need to cancel your BC while you're banned, email info@roblox.com or call 888-858-BLOX, or get your parent to do it.
Although it would be illegal for them to charge you for BC while you can't access the site (if a customer is paying for a service, you are required to give them that service or give them the option to stopped being charged), the terms of service are legally binding, and if you don't follow them they are allowed to kick you out, even if you have paid them a lot of money.
