It's a genetic thing, and it's Ashkenazi Jews, to be specific here. It may not make any sense to you because you do not analyze a thing. If you converted to Judaism, it doesn't mean it'd go up. Bringing up Larry Page does not bring this back on topic, HOWEVER, Larry is half Jewish since his mother is Jewish.
