His death seems suspicious, and I beleive there is a possibility that the US government poisened him. Chavez even said this himself.

I didn't knew someone could get poisoned with cancer.

But highly improbable since to be poisoned he must have been exposed to the contaminant for a long period. Either way I think you are exagerating.

Well he was in the hospital for a long period of time. There are probably some poisons out there that can act fast, but kill slowly.
