Like Simon's drawing people can comment on it, it was just in the wrong section.
It has to be something that other people can write useful replies to. A drawing or story would be OK, since they can offer feedback. But if someone posts something like "I had massive diarrhea today", then nobody's going to reply to that.
If you can think of any constructive reply that could be posted in a topic, then it has discussion value. If you can't think of anything at all, then it doesn't.
