That isn't really a game.. YOU WAIT UNTILL THE MOVIE IS OVER, THEN YOU WALK THOUGH AND THEN YOU PLAY A LITTLE ROLE PLAY? Would that count?

No it would not work... mainly because there is no correct ID (Insert TV Frame 3 Here should be an actual ID), and it's still from roblox... and I also doubt "script.Parent.screen.TV.Texture" works, but I don't really play this game.
