Jacob_ hasn't brought back negative reps or at least pretended to know that there's demand for it, so I honestly doubt Jacob_ would, though that's probably because he hasn't been reading the subforum recently.
Plus, he's on spring break and would rather be doing whatever he does without us so I'd send a PM and just wait.
