I think you need to work on your glow effect. It looks somewhat harsh and unnaturally pixelized on the edges.

I know, I made that in like a minute xD
It's also not my fault :c paint.net has a terrible glow effect built in xD

I figured as much. GIMP is a bit better I think.

Gimp is good but I prefer fireworks <3
