I do believe it won't be that easy. Our allies (Other countries That are not Canada and Russia) would attack the (rather small) UK. Plus, we won't just sit back in our country whilst you bomb us, we will attack the UK directly, and lastly, the decoy Nukes will cause us to fire or nukes towards you, given that satellite technology wouldn't make it hard to track the source and thus lead to us finding about you.
