-It's fine to tell your hobby's and interests; But don't shove it in people's faces.
-Don't be overly sensitive; criticism is helping you.
-Don't act immature, if the people around you are older, you must act mature or GTFO.
All the things I've fixed so far during the time I took a break. Some people will disagree on at least one of these, but I'm working.
