I'm not sure how you can even measure this...
But first off- White women kill themselves more than black (or from what this says).
BUT. See 1999? It comes close to white men.
Also I think they over exaggerate. There is no way this is legitimate. There are plenty more white men then black.
*GASP* EVEN WHITE MEN KILL EACH OTHER.
