Those 2 laws contradict eachother.
And remember, thanks to the English invention of the WWW, you also follow British Laws, which cancels out the both of those laws.
One of the laws here in the UK state plainly, as long as we don't plan to overthrow anyone's position or violate human rights, we are free to do as we please.
