Sorry, I have to disagree.

GIF's can cause seizures with the constant movement of images and bright, pixelly colours.

And this is why we have moderation for it. If it's too flashy-bright, then we can delete it if necessary, like Who's signature.

But how could these give someone a siezure any more than a non-animated version could?
