Does anyone know of any free decent movie editing software programs?

If you know how to use it, Windows Move Maker is okay. Maybe not decent. But it can do the super-basics.

Well I know that windows movie maker comes with most windows computers and I have windows and windows movie maker but it never works for me..
Do you know of any other programs besides windows movie maker?
