I think the disruption is the initial ban. I didn't really care about the picture posts and how it might have annoyed others.
In fact I don't believe in annoyance within online games. Why? Because you don't have to read it and I am an annoyance at times and I don't like being a hypocrite.
Now that excludes cursing. Which, I am afraid, follows a ban.
