We don't think we're better than you, you've had much more time to grow. Buildism is similar to Roblox but it isn't a copy... all FPS games copy parts of each other and nobody complains about that. Buildism is an unfinished game with a tiny community, but at least we don't have retards like you guys flaming other sites. You're only making yourselves look stupid.

Yes of course it's fine for there to be other building games, but this is just downright stupid. Nearly everything is "borrowed" from ROBLOX, even the front page of Buildism has an obby! Not to mention free models, and a wiki even mentioning ROBLOX in it.

Of course tiny communities are great. They're so small, they're easy to maintain and make new friends. But hey, if you were ROBLOX, you'd be angry too if someone ripped off of a good game.

All 3 of the things you mentioned were created by users, not me... some of our players are here because they play ROBLOX, but want to try something new. Think about that. If Buildism was an exact copy of ROBLOX, would anyone give up part of their ROBLOX time to play Buildism?

And please stop reusing the same old arguments, I've debunked your "Buildism is a ripoff of ROBLOX" claim several times. Minecraft originally "ripped off" Infiniminer and look where they are today, MC has many more features and a much better community. Infiniminer was the first cube building game in existence, and Minecraft copied that. ROBLOX was definitely not the first game creation tool. Its most distinguishing feature is Lego blocks, and we didn't use that!

1: ROBLOX is a 3D game. Buildism is quite obviously not.
2: Of course we're going to have some obbies, half of our returning users came from ROBLOX.
3: The Buildism wiki is from MediaWiki, as is ROBLOX's Wiki. And the similar (okay, often identical) ingame icons are via the Silk iconset.
4: ROBLOX officially started over 6 years ago. Buildim officially started not quite 6 months ago.
5: Jacob has a point. If this was so much like ROBLOX, why would I (a major-hard working ROBLOXian) spend enough time here to become a moderator?

So please, if you have to flame something, go do it at ROBLOX. There are some nice Burn Down a Building places there.

It's because this whole game is a fucking Roblox copy. You guys think this piece of shit is impressive? It's not.

The community here consists of ex-Roblox players who've "had it" with the Roblox community. Thing is, people who leave Roblox souly because of the community are right next to the immature users who partially destroy it.

Don't waste your time here, it's of no educational value. And is nothing compared to Roblox, which sports a real in-game engine and moderation system.
