I don't think "it's practically spam." In general, anything large, is usually intended as a sign of spam. Obviously the user
a) doesn't care
b) wants to get banned, and is spamming.

But its the Signature, It would be better if it were allowed only 5-10 lines.

Jacob_ just implemented that in Signatures. And it is actually in the rules not to post any pictures that stretch the site format.

As for supertext, that will get shrunk if reported or chanced upon. (This just a reminder to REPORT ANYTHING YOU THINK IS AGAINST THE RULES. Us moderators can't examine every thread [no matter how much we want to].)
