What is the second derivative of f(x) = 4x^2+2x+1?
If you get it right, you get....the satisfaction of having solved an advanced math problem!

I'm no good at calc, mostly because I never attempted to learn much of it. Using my quickly googled question however, I think I know how to get the derivative.
4x^2+2x+1
4x^2 + 2x
(2)4x^2 + 2x
8x^2 + 2x
8x + 2x
10x
Eh...that doesn't make sense. I'm going to try and learn it from a book instead of from ehow
And x-intercept?
y = 4x + 1
0 = 4x + 1
-1 = 4x
-1/4 = x
Is it -1/4? o.o
