Apparently there is another build it game called 2dworlds or world I forgot. I saw it when I did a Google search being too lazy to put in the URL.

Sooo what do?

I saw that, it hasn't been updated in a while and isn't commercial nor made by a company.

Also their game uses graphics copied directly from Everybody Edits, so they probably won't be suing anybody...

They haven't registered the name as a trademark so it isn't illegal to use it. Also, the name of that game has a space in it while this doesn't.
