I have a virus!

What do I do? It won't allow me to open the restore point. If I could find something to save, then try to restart, then not restart, it will go away, but, it won't let it! I've tried notepad, and it won't come up. This is the only thing it lets come up. Help. Agh.

I'm glad my computer is 'okay'.

My dad's desktop used to have a booting problem, I used to not be able to click links, and my dad's old windows xp notepad is getting blue screens.

Is it that one malware which pretends to be an antivirus that gives a bunch of threats?
It then tells you to buy the program and says anything that can remove or scan it is infected?

If so I got it, and manually removed it in safemode.
Safemode disables the locking of stuff.
