Well, I might just say that you should post this in the "Help Forum" but....

Maybe your Physics is stopped/paused? Look at the button on the top-right screen (The Green triangle/Red box). Or maybe you haven't entered you character yet. Look for the "Add/Remove Character" button on the very left side of the screen.
