What are we talking about, RAM usage (the one in task manager) or Hard Disk space usage?

If its CPU usage, mine is 11%...

Actually, the one in the Task Manager is CPU usage.

Exactly. CPU Usage = The summation of Memory used in Processes tab/RAM x 100%.
