The transparent parts on the skins are now just white. It doesnt show on the skin page but it does in-game. I noticed on my "Neenjah" head, the corners are white instead transparent. ALSO, the delete button to delete your skins is also gone. >

Transparency has always shown up white, mate. Your best bet is to just deal with it.
