K I am determined to become an expert siggy maker. Im going to use paint.net because im fimilar with it.. But can someone tell me some plugins to use for it?

I have been looking for the transparecny thing on paint for literay an hour now. Im about to flip out lol
Plus i cant fiqure out how to make the line thingys like in my siggy where its light and dark and thats making me SO frusterated

To get something transparent on paint.net just use the wand.
