Well, Minecraft and KoGaMa aren't really Lego-like. Minecraft is only cubes, and KoGaMa is basically a super-simple user-friendly modelling program -- there are no predefined shapes you have to use.

Lego Digital Designer is actual building with virtual Legos, but it's not a video game, it's a modelling program.
