It's 'Fixed' instead of anchor here in buildism.

"Check" the fixed box.

You click "Show/hide advanced building tools" Then go up click the "Select tool" click on the birck you want "Fixed" and look down to the right lower corner of your screen and in that little box there should be a check box that says "Fixed:" and un checked box, check the box and your brick will be "fixed".
