I was at my obby, and whenever I ''die" with a ParticleSystem inside me some of the 'particles' don't disappear.

That sounds like lag more than a bug.

No, because when I leave the area and return, they stay there. It looked really weird when I hit some lava and fell down.

That most be a really weird bug, I'm sure jacob_ will fix it shortly though.
