Is there any way to upload pics/sounds?

On ROBLOX, there is the Decal creation feature, and there used to be the temp-file uploads.
Is there a similar feature here, where you put in the URL of your item and the game reads it and stores it online, and if so, is it usable by other players?:?:

No, but you can upload images/sounds to another host and link to them from a Buildism game.

But you could just as easily download the file and upload it here, and then I would be liable for hosting it if it was copyrigted.
